A calm sorting puzzle with no timers, no ads and no way to lose. If something isn't working, or something about the app feels wrong, email me and I'll read it.
It's one person answering, so it may take a day or two. There's also a Send feedback link in the app's Settings, which fills in your app version and device automatically — that's the fastest way to get something looked at.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore. The purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it will come back on any device signed into the same account, including after reinstalling. You are never charged twice. If Restore doesn't do it, email me.
Both devices need to be signed into the same iCloud account, with iCloud Drive on. Settings → Progress → iCloud in the app tells you whether it's working. Sync isn't instant — it can take a minute, and it needs the app to have been opened on both devices.
If the two devices disagree about the board, the app asks you which one to keep rather than choosing for you. Whichever you pick, your furthest level stays where it was.
That's the app telling you the truth, and it isn't your fault. Sorting puzzles allow positions that are still legal, still have moves available, and cannot be won. Most games leave you working at one until you give up. This one checks after every move and says so.
Tap Step back and it will rewind to the last position that could still be won.
Open Settings → Seeing the colours and set Shapes on segments to Always. Every colour then carries a distinct shape as well.
The Calm theme keeps the most colours apart — it was tuned against simulated protanopia, deuteranopia and tritanopia, and it holds all fourteen distinguishable. Contrast and Playful are more saturated and manage fewer, which is why shapes switch on by themselves sooner on those.
Turn on Settings → Comfort → Extra spare tube. Every board in the game gets an additional empty tube, which is a lot more room to think. It isn't called easy mode, because it isn't one.
Undo and hints are unlimited, always available, and never cost anything.
Settings → Start over. It clears your progress on every device signed into your iCloud account, and it can't be undone. Your purchase is not affected.
Entirely. There is no networking code in the app at all.
